IMPORTANT - By using our service, you are agreeable to our Policy, Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Customer Instruction
Fees
Item price -  A price charged for the Product item(s) by the Supplier (Seller) in China

Domestic shipping fee – A Transportation fees charged by the Seller in China to deliver your ORDERED items to our China Warehouse. It is usually indicated in the seller’s Item details.

Tips - If you buy multiple items from the same seller, you will save much on domestic shipping. 

Service Fee – Super Fairprice charges a reasonable service fee (as low as 8% - T&C applies. For more info, please visit us) based on your Total amount purchased. (i.e., items fee + china domestic express fee). 

International shipping fee charge – A fee to transport your ORDERD items from China to Brunei by Sea Freight.

Customs Tax  - An Import Tax to be paid to the Brunei Customs for the Taxable items. Refer to Customs Tax page for more info.


Time
Arrival of goods to China Warehouse- Usually takes 5-7 working days after we purchased. Occasionally, it may take up to 7-10 working days depending on seller location / peak season / stock availability / China holidays etc

Processing at the China Warehouse– Packing at the China Warehouse usually takes 3-7 working after receiving the items from the supplier.

International Delivery time- Sea shipment usually takes 14-20 working days. Occasionally, it may be delayed due to Bad weather / Brunei holidays etc


Service
There is no minimum order requirement (you can order as low as ¥1). However, our service fee is determined by the total amount of your order. Please visit us for more info.

WHY Service fees?
We are Taobao Service provider who provides "Buy for Me" service for our customers. Our service fees covers the below

1. We provide Quick and Friendly response on Customer's inquiries by assisting our customers to find the items from China based on customer's requirements

2. Solving the language/ Communication barriers, as most of the China's Suppliers are only able to communicate in Chinese. And most of the Chinese online e-commerce websites (such as TaoBao.com) are in Chinese. Understanding the item/ product in details may be an issue.

3. Buying the POOR Quality products or Buying form UNRELIABLE  suppliers from China can be a nightmare. As Taobao has billions of products and millions of Suppliers for you to choose from at very cheap prices. It is very common to note that different suppliers offer different pricing for the same product. So we based on our Insider's knowledge and negotiation skill to help our customers to assess and recommend the most Reliable Supplier and Products.

4. We help to ensure our customer's Ordered items are delivered in accordance to the requirement

5. We help to liaise / follow up with the Suppliers in China when issues/ dispute arises.

6. We allow our customers to add on new items within 5 days after the previous purchase. However, do note that this may cause delay in the delivery of the items.

7. We act as a one stop shop for our customers by helping our customer to pay / remit the money to the China's supplier. This will save some hassle of having to remit from the Money Changer both Locally and in China. The hassle of Credit card payment options (such as Master, VISA), as they are not widely accepted in China.

8. We help our customer to save money on International Shipping fees by consolidating the Ordered items from different suppliers in customer's own Parcels. 

9. We help our customers to negotiate with Suppliers on discount. (Only Applicable if the ordered quality is more).

10. We help to ensure clearance of the Ordered items (excluding the Sensitive items) at the China's Customs.

11. We help to declare the Ordered items at the Brunei Customs.


Overall, you will find that savings on freight, discounts from sellers and consolidated packing will go a long way towards offsetting this commission. And most importantly, the overall pricing that you pay for the item is FAR MUCH cheaper than the price offers/sells in the Local Market) 


Other Service
1. Customer should notify us within 3 days after receiving the Ordered items (in case if there is any problems/ issues with the received items). We will provide our Best help to assist to liaise/ communicate / negotiate with the Suppliers about the problem encountered. However, we cannot guarantee the result is Satisfactory.

2. Parcel Delivery. All items are to be collected by customers at our Warehouse / or a place identified by Super Fairprice. However, we do provide door to door delivery at different charges.  Please visit us for more info.

3. Assemble of the product will be charged a different fee. Quote can be obtained from Super Fairprice.


Customs Tax
We are not responsible for any items/ loss/ damage as a result of the confiscation actions by the Brunei Customs Authority.

Not Covered in our Service
1. We DO NOT provide service to order/ import any of the below Sensitive/ illegal/ Prohibited items.

  • 2. Cosmetic/ Powder substance
  • 3. Counterfeit products
  • 4. Battery substance (please visit us for more info)
  • 5. Medicine substance
  • 6. Sex items/ Pornographic/ Immoral item
  • 7. Food and Drinks
  • 8. Radio Signal Transmitting device
  • 9. Mobile phone
  • 10. Valuable Jewelry
  • 11. Coins/ Paper money
  • 12. Plants
  • 13. Animals
  • 14. Prohibited Weapons
  • 15. Flammable liquid or gases
  • 16. Toxic/ Corrosives/ Radioactive material
  • 17. Radar equipment
  • 18. Vehicles
  • 19. Tobacco
  • 20. Alcohol / Drug


2. We are NOT Responsible/ Liable for any wring items, Fragile items, Defect items, Quality issues,  Copyright issues, Imitation issues, Functionality related issues of the items/ Products form the China' Suppliers

3. Customer(s) is/are advisable to ensure the contents/details of the order items are correct before confirming / signoff/ proceed with the payment/ purchase. We are NOT responsible for any wrong items ordered.

4. We reserve the right to Reject any orders on the illegal products/ Biding items/ Oversize goods/ Unreasonable request order.

5. We are NOT responsible for any Customs duty tax. Customer(s) is/are responsible to pay for any customs duty tax incurred.

6. We are NOT responsible / Provide any warranty of the ordered items/ products. However, we will assist our customers to communicate with Suppliers, should there be a Warranty claim.

7. We are NOT responsible / Provide any after sales maintenance service of the ordered items.

8. We are NOT responsible for any damage in parcel during the shipment/ caused by mishandling due to insufficient or unsuitable packing by the suppliers (at customer's choice). Customer(s) is/are advised to avoid purchasing any fragile items wherever possible.

9. We are NOT responsible for any Customs inspection, Confiscation actions or Penalty for any submission of false declaration products/ Price/ Products name. All such risks will be bear by the customers (if the information are provided by the customers).

10. Our Service fees, International Shipping fees and Customs Tax do no cover any Local Delivery fees. (i.e, to transport the Ordered items from our warehouse in Brunei to the customer's Residential).

11. Our Service fees, International Shipping fees and Customs Tax do no cover any Items/ Parts Assemble service fees. However, this can be arranged in a separate quote. Please visit us for more info.

12. Uncollected items over 30 days in our storage will be discard without any notification and are not refundable.

13. We are NOT responsible for any shipping delay caused by Long Holidays, Bad weather, Held in Customs inspection. However, we will provide our Best follow up on these matters and update Customers accordingly and regularly.

14. We DO NOT accept Virtual goods purchase which includes Gift cards, Game Tokens, etc. due to illegal practices.

Cancellations
NO Cancellations is ALLOWED for any items/ orders that have been purchased with the China's Suppliers.

Compensations
Full compensation is only applicable for the purchased with Insurance option. The compensation is only applicable to the parcel lost during shipment.

Refund and Return
1. If the item(s) have NOT been purchased with the Suppliers in China, the whole cost of that item can be refunded (inclusive of our service fee). However, Do note that there is some lost due to Currency Exchange.

2. If the item(s) HAVE been purchased with the Suppliers in China. NO Refund is ALLOWED.

3. If the item(s) are purchased and the actual items received are not as described/ damaged. With concrete evidence, we will assist to request exchange/ refund from the Suppliers in China. In this case, the International Shipping fee and Domestic shipping fee to send back to the seller has to be deducted from the refund.
