Registering New Taobao account

1. Once you have downloaded the App and Open it. The App's Home screen will be shown.  

2. To register. Tap on the icon in the far bottom right corner (as below) to create your new Taobao Account.

2. On the next screen. Click on the Register New Account button as below

3. Select and Change the Country code to Brunei (文莱 +673)

Tips: to locate Brunei. Click on the "W" index and select 文莱 +673

4. You now need to enter your Mobile phone number and click on the below button to generate a security SMS code

5. Once received. Key in the SMS code to complete the registration.
